Cancellation Policy: revised 8/11/23

Thank you for choosing to book with us! We greatly appreciate your business, and look forward to assisting you for all skincare and hydration needs. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you MUST do so directly through your initial confirmation email (from Acuity booking) by clicking Change/Cancel appointment.

If you call or send a message on social media in request to cancel or change appointment, this does NOT follow our policy.

Please keep in mind that each appointment is time we set aside for you specifically, so please be respectful to that matter. If you must reschedule due to illness, please call (our office number (207) 579-6007) as soon as possible. You may be subject to a cancelation fee, which may be applied to future service if re-booked within 24 hours.

Our cancellation Policy & Fee's are as followed:

  • No fee if appointment is rescheduled or canceled by 48 hours of appointment window.

  • For any cancellation within 48 hours/no show to a consultation, you will be charged $50 or emailed an invoice if no card is on file.

  • For any service appointment cancelled within 48 hours/no show, you will be charged for 50% of the service missed. Although Neuromodulator price varies, there will be a  $100 charge placed your card.​

This will be charged to your card on file. If it does not process, we will ​email an invoice which should be paid promptly. If a client has more then three no shows or cancellations they will be required to pre-pay in full for service appointment in advance (although Neuromodulator price varies, you will pre-pay $100 towards your appointment). This will be non-refundable, but if rescheduled prior to 48 hours, this will be credited to a future service.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied toward a future service.

As a gentle reminder, modifications to your appointment including but not limited to rescheduling, cancelling, not attending, changing providers, and changing appointment times. These modifications must be made AT LEAST 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time through Acuity Scheduling (go to your booking email confirmation and click edit appointment at the bottom of the email)

Our policy is non-negotionable.

Other Important Booking Information

Please book all appointments through the “Book Now” tab at the top of the page. This ensures that all intake and consent forms are filled out, along with viewing of policy information.

Please complete all intake and/or consent forms prior to procedures. We will go over the forms before appointments and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

  • Children under the age of 18 may receive IV fluids and vitamins/nutrients only with the permission & consent of a parent or guardian

    (parent or guardian MUST be present at time of appointment- no exceptions).

    This is imperative to the consent process (for the minor and parent/guardian) and is also listed in our booking requirement for an IV infusion.

Any service rendered during appointment requires payment after procedure. We will take pictures before and after each aesthetic/skincare procedures in order to track progress. Pictures will NOT be shared, unless granted permission by patient and consent to share form signed. All storage of personal material is done within HIPPA compliance.

We accept cash and credit cards only. A valid credit card must be on file to place a hold for any appointment, but you can chose a different form of payment if preferred after service rendered. If using a gift card, it must be present at time off appointment and rendered after service.

A credit card must be on file to book ANY services. You WILL NOT be charged after booking your appoint, this is to hold your appointment time only. Your credit card information is stored on our HIPPA compliant Acuity booking service using Square (very secure and used by many small businesses). We require a credit card to be on file due to increasing no-show or last minute cancellations.

You will only see a charge or be emailed an invoice if you do not show up or attempt to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or your appointment time.
